Confirmation of entry will be provided in a message upon submission of google form and payment should be made at that time using details provided. Due to limited numbers it may not be possible to accept all entries to the event.
The dance number will be issued on the day of the event.
Any teacher wishing to attend should email ukchampionships@btinternet.com detailing the session the session required by 13th March 2025.

Entry Fee
Primary, Beginners, Novice & Intermediate: £3 per dance, with entry fee for one adult and programme of £10
Pre-Championship, Premiership and Championship
Entry Fee £25 for one section, £35 for two sections and £45 for three sections. This includes dancer entry fee, entry for one adult per dancer and programme.
Programmes will be emailed to all competitors prior to the event.
Payment can be made by Bank transfer or PayPal. The details will be included within your confirmation of dance entry at which point the fee should be paid.
Annual Trophies will be awarded to the first 6 overall placings in each Championship and Scottish National Dance Premiership.
Annual Trophies for Beginners, Novice and Intermediate.
Annual Trophies for Pre-Championship 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th place.
An Annual Trophy will be awarded to the boy with most points in the Championships.
An Annual Trophy will be awarded to the Edinburgh Premier dancer with the highest points.
The competitor must reside within the City boundary and have done so for a period of 6 months immediately prior to the competition date.
A Memorial Trophy in memory of Betty Jessiman presented by Patricia Ann Raeburn.
The Moyra Ronald Memorial Trophy will be awarded to the competitor with the most points in Championship & Premiership National sections (excluding Pre-Championships).
A Trophy will be awarded to the School of Dancing with the most points.
The trophies awarded in all sections must be returned in good condition on or before the date specified on the receipt signed by the winner of such.
All dancing events will operate under the rules of the R.S.O.B.H.D.
The Organiser reserves the right to adjust age groups according to the number of entries.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for injury or loss of property.
All Competitors must be registered with the R.S.O.B.H.D. registration scheme. Registration cards must be produced before prizes will be awarded.
All Competitors must be prepared to dance another Reel to make up numbers in a set.

THE DANCE NUMBER WILL BE ISSUED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT DURING REGISTRATION.
